Inside my spiritual heart

Inside my spiritual heart gives direction and a sense of being nourished, loved and fulfilled in life itself. Nature will always assist this to happen, if you give nature the chance to openly connect with you to cleanse and clear your heart naturally of negative buildup that resides in our hearts from our lives as humans on earth.

We must allow time to process what we have truly experienced spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. Every month it is good to reflect, give loving prayers and thanks, blessings to spirit and the environment including the outdoor area. All of which are jewels of blessings around us where we receive positive energy on to a spiritual heart.

Where I come home to myself, where I feel worthy, secure a nourish by life and nature itself. How do we achieve this? By allowing complete self love of whom we are, excepting what we do, what we can make happen you know every day life which is magical in itself. Create a quiet time to do this, close your eyes and imagine a chair that is inside your spiritual heart, imagine your spiritual heart energy, what does it look like, what is the shape of it?

Note all of the things that make this glorious spiritual chair of yours. Now the walls or around the chair, what does it feel like? What colours come to mine or do you perceive. There may be greyness that you can sense, they could require you to clean this energy to enlighten and live in your heart. Imagine, yes imagine to cleans with to get rid of that grey or dark energy affecting your heart. Don’t be afraid you can’t clean it yourself. Spirit will guide you yourself, when it is cleaned up,ask the angels of life eternal to send down a flow of white light to wash over you and the chair, including under your feet and under the chair, cleansing everywhere and blessing your pathway and perceptions in life. When you are finished, come back to the hair and now the day, the time, the year. That you are safe and loved in the angelic light and realm of God.

Can you apply this into your everyday life? Often this can be the biggest objection when we as humans try to harness the energy and control it. They energy you will say is unique for you. It is your spiritual heart. The objections are I can’t, I won’t, I don’t see anything, when everybody can sense or fail or or negative energy, even smell it.

You can do this mostly because it is a safe practice of which brings your heart lightness and happier connectivity in life. You will attract or connect with like-minded souls and become happier. Decision-making will become easier, love connections with your heart stronger. And assist physical heart to understand reality and dreams. It assists understanding of that which is metaphysical. To our own capacity.

It brings home the centre of our belief in love and creation as humans in life. As you lift off the negative energy Ask the angelic realm to dispense of it, to send a tool to do this, and to send it back to where it came from. You can ask the angels to come in and dispense with all of the negative energy for you. This will allow you then to bask in your unique beauty with whom you are and be surprised how you change and around you change. Your path it’s an expression of love and that is what really matters.
