If you’re booking from overseas, the most important thing to know is that appointment times are displayed in Australia/Sydney (AEST/AEDT). This guide makes it simple.

Step 1: Note the time zone shown on the booking calendar

Your booking time is shown in Australia/Sydney. Australia uses AEST and switches to AEDT during daylight savings.

Step 2: Convert to your local time

• UK: usually 9–11 hours behind Sydney (varies with daylight savings).

• USA/Canada: often 14–19 hours behind Sydney (varies by state/province and daylight savings).

• NZ: usually 2 hours ahead of Sydney (varies with daylight savings).

Tip: Search “Sydney time to my time” in Google right before you confirm your booking.
